Jennifer Holmes, a former dancer, has been teaching Pilates for 10 years. She was trained in Pilate's work by Romana Kryzanowska, and was invited to become a Level III Instructor for Romana's Pilates in 2003. She recently relocated to the Boston area from Dallas, Texas, where she opened Park Cities Pilates Center in 2001. She also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Southern Methodist University teaching Pilates in the Department of Dance until she welcomed her daughter in 2007.
